Did you get you get your confirmation email?

Conference Connection confirms every registration by email and sends your original invoice by mail.  If you have not received confirmation after registering, please email customercare@cconnection.org or call +65 6338-0064 and speak to our customer care coordinators.

 

Cannot make your scheduled course?

If you are unable to attend your registered course or conference, simply send a substitute or opt to transfer to another course. 

Contact +65 63380064 or email info@cconnection.org to transfer.  There is no additional charge for transferring to a different course, however this is subject to availability and receipt of full payment. Cancellation on or after the first day of a course is subject to the full course fee. Please see our refund policy below for more details.

  

Special Dietary requirements?

If you have any special needs, we will be pleased to accommodate your request to the best of our ability. Please advise us of your special requirements prior to the event.
