Dear Delegates and Partners,

The COVID-19 pandemic is changing the way the world lives and works and we can expect a new level of focus on personal health and wellness of attendees, stakeholders, our teams and vendors, which remains our top priority.

Our event calendar for H2 2020 continues to evolve with major flagship events in addition to key courses and training programmes going virtual in Q3 and Q4 2020 to support social distancing, wellbeing and health for all. Please refer to  www.cconnection.org for updates to our event calendar to check out our new and existing titles, with the schedule, pricing, group rates and subsidies.

Following the guidelines from government agencies and health authorities, all of our team members are continuing to work from home and remotely communicating with all our international delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, advisory committee members, hosts, partners, supporting organisations and media representatives, across all time zones.

Our senior management team will continue to assess each event individually and put contingency plans in place should we need to re-format any event. Frequent updates will be provided to our customers and stakeholders on any changes to the schedule.

Should further postponements or cancellations be required, there will be no financial penalties for you as our partners. We are also extending full flexibility by deferring any deposits or payments that are due.

We are committed to delivering successful events that provide opportunities to discuss the business and the direction of the oil, gas, commodities & maritime markets and will communicate and stay engaged via our Newsletters, webinars, social media channels and podcasts on the status of Conference Connection flagship conferences, executive briefings and courses planned for 2020.

All existing bookings are valid for new event dates and all participants will be advised by email of the revised timing. See below our initiatives, including booking flexibility, to help retain your status.

Conference Connection will be following all internationally recommended safety & hygiene and social distancing measures and taking all necessary steps to implement precautions recommended by the relevant government authorities and agencies. As the situation evolves on a daily basis, we recommend you to the guidelines and protocols suggested by the World Health Organisation at www.who.int and your local government authorities.

We want you to feel comfortable, informed and confident when attending our events, thank you for your continuous support and commitment and look forward to reconnecting with you at Conference Connection virtual events planned for the rest of 2020 and beyond.
