About MPGC

The iconic MPGC series, will be held in Dubai from 8-9 April 2019, hosted by the Emirates National Oil Company. After 26 years, MPGC remains the region’s longest running annual oil and gas conference, a trusted brand and a hallmark of excellence in thought leadership.

The 27th edition of the series will address the continuing volatility and supply uncertainty faced by the global oil markets in the relationship between OPEC, US Oil production and recent sanctions. Volatile crude prices, changes in the structure of LNG markets, the dramatic rise in products trade, impact of the 2020 global sulphur cap, with the forecasts of a super cycle in refining, will continue to provide us with opportunities for debate and discussion at a high level, as will the new trading partnership models of Middle East NOCs.
