Travel from the eligible countries must be on non-stop designated Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flights.
Air France • Asiana • Air Asia • British Airways • Finnair • Garuda • Indigo • Jetstar • KLM • Korean Air • Lufthansa • Malindo • Malaysian Airlines • Qantas • Royal Brunei Airlines • Scoot • Singapore Airlines • Swiss International Airlines • United Airlines (list subject to change as more VTL lanes are added or halted)
Beware – The above airlines also operate non-VTL flights to Singapore within their fleet. Do ensure that you are on a VTL flight to avoid the requirements for quarantine on either side.
VTL Arrangement Eligibility Criteria
To travel via the VTL arrangement, you must fulfil all the eligibility criteria:-
Being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with any vaccine in the World Health Organisation Emergency Use List. The final dose must be completed at least 14 days prior to arrival in Singapore.
Providing a digitally certifiable vaccination certificate (i.e. contains a QR code for verification) in English issued by the VTL country.
Not having any travel history outside of Singapore and the VTL countries listed above in the past 14 days.
Taking a pre-departure Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 48 hours before flight departure and one on-arrival PCR test at Changi Airport.
Flying only on designated VTL flights.
| Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP)
Short-term visitors will need to apply for a VTP between 7 and 30 days prior to their intended date of entry into Singapore. This can be done conveniently online at no charge. Click here for details.
Travellers should also check their usual visa requirements for Singapore before they fly.
Additional Points to Note
- If you’re based overseas and are visiting Singapore using the VTL, it doesn’t matter what flight you take at the end of your trip to return home, subject to the prevailing arrival restrictions (based on travel history) of your destination country.
- Travel advisories may change at short notice. Inter-country travel restrictions should be checked prior to travel and are currently limited to travels between countries where VTL arrangements are available. Travelers on the VTL flights cannot have any travel history outside of Singapore and the VTL countries listed above in the past 14 days before arrival.
